WELLINGTON School has been listed as a finalist in the Boarding Schools Association Awards for two categories.
A spokesperson for the school said: “The School has yet again triumphed in the category of Community Work - a tremendous achievement and testament to all the fabulous work of everyone throughout the school to support the local community.
“This encompasses all the charity support and fundraising, extensive primary school outreach, Citizens, Community Action Group, sponsorship, sustainability, and the many other community activities that are undertaken across the Senior and Prep Schools.
“Wellington School won this award in 2022 so it is exciting to be in the running once again.
“In addition, a Year 11 student, Theotime is a finalist for the Khadija Saye Photography Award, with his portfolio of brilliant photos.
“Winners will be announced on May 7 – so everyone at Wellington has their fingers crossed.”
