A hub has been launched in Wincanton offering businesswomen a place to work, collaborate and exchange ideas.
SEED (sustainable enterprise and empowerment dynamics) Hub Club has been launched by public relations pro and business mentor, Lynne Franks, and will also offer business-skills workshops.
The hub's launch event will take place on April 15 at the SEED Hub, 3 Market Place, between 9.30am and 3pm.
Ms Franks said: "I’m incredibly excited to launch the new SEED Hub Club here in Wincanton and I invite everyone to join us."
The concept of SEED was created in 2000 by Ms Franks, encouraging a more feminine approach to business and inspiring economic independence.
The SEED Hub Club will be open five days a week.
Ms Lynne continued: "Magic happens when women get together; unexplainable coincidences arise, new friendships form, business collaborations spark and inspirational stories emerge."
Memberships start from £45 per month, and offer unlimited access to working space and business-mentoring workshops.
The first ten members will receive a signed copy of Ms Lynne’s 'The SEED Handbook'.
She added: "I’m hugely looking forward to bringing local businesswomen together at SEED Hub Club where enterprise, projects and ideas can develop, grow, and flourish in this unique, dedicated space."
